AUSFest - An Australian Hops Roadshow
AUSfest is a celebration of Australian hops, their flavour, versatility and how they can open up flavour profiles a world away from what you're used to, helping to elevate your beer. It's brought to you by BarthHaas and Loughran Brewers Select across 3 Venues - Manchester, Bristol, & London. The roadshows feature hands-on sessions exploring varieties from Hop Products Australia (HPA), diving into how Aussie hops are grown, developed and processed, and putting brewers senses to work with guided rub & sniff hop sessions, tasting, and conversation. AUSFest also features six exclusive collab beers from different sized breweries around the UK, partnered with Australian brewers, all launched and distributed nationwide via Pivovar.

“We’re using Galaxy Spectrum at 0.5 g/L in the whirlpool and 0.25 g/L during conditioning, and it’s delivering great results.
We originally had it in the fermentation dry hop with Citra Spectrum and T90, but the load was tough on yeast. Moving Galaxy to the whirlpool fixed that, without losing any of its bold, punchy aroma, the flavour impact has stayed impressively consistent.
For conditioning, we pair Galaxy Spectrum with Mosaic T90, giving us bright, expressive flavour while also helping reduce post-fermentation losses. It’s a combination that’s working really well for us.
