This distinctive hop delivers high alpha acids and high oils and consistent punchy passionfruit, juicy peach and tangy citrus characteristics during late boil additions, whirlpool, or dry hop. Galaxy® is well suited for use in XPAs, Pacific Ales, Hazy Pale Ales, IPAs and NEIPAs.
