Description
New Zealand's Pacifica™ hop with a beautiful blend of 'old world' floral and spice and bright citrus of the 'new world', and works beautifully across West Coast IPAs and NEIPAs, as well as APAs, Pale Ales, Lagers & Pilsners.
Ancestry
Developed in New Zealand by what is now known as Plant & Food Research (Brand 77-01). Bred through the open pollination of the highly regarded Hallertau Mittelfrüh variety.

This ensures that Clayton's hops are picked in their prime and then pelletised and packaged quickly - a level of on-site infrastructure which is unique in the New Zealand hops industry. FRESHER - Clayton Hops™ hop cones are pelletised and packaged very soon after harvest, ensuring ultimate freshness, and stored temperature controlled to preserve quality.
