AB Vickers Concentrated Liquid isinglass finings are manufactured from clean maws of certain types of fish. These maws typically contain about 98 % collagen on a dry ash - free basis. The liquid form of isinglass is prepared by dilute acid hydrolysis of dry isinglass.
Addition rates:
Typically diluted at 1 part plus 2 parts water and then added to beer at between 0.3 and 1.5 % v/v.
Used according to GMP.
Now available in a more convenient 5L pack size.
