An icon of the Manchester brewing scene - Rob knows everyone and everyone loves Rob! He started out in pub management and quickly discovered his passion for brewing. Rob started his own brewery when The Marble Arch were selling their old kit, and spent 8 years brewing before he joined us to lead UK sales and distribution. Happiest with a beer in hand at a beer festival and always the last one standing after any drinking session.

Over a decade in brewing, with 6 years experience as a head brewer in a range of breweries across the Midlands from start ups to large commercial breweries, Dan's always ready to get stuck in digging out a mash tun. If there's a live sporting event showing in the taproom be prepared for Dan to be engrossed - although try not to mention the plight of the Baggies. He's the man you want ordering the food (and wine!) for your table too - and he's been known to take brewers for curries too!

Jethro Duarte-Holman
Based South of Swindon? Hit up Jethro!
Formerly the UK's youngest beer sommelier, with a formidable background in QA & QC through years spent as a Sensory Manager in brewing as well leading tours as a brand ambassador. Jethro is also a regular feature on illustrious beer judging lineups, including for The World Beer Cup, The International Beer Challenge and The World Beer Awards. Our resident athlete, Jethro is equal parts likely to arrive at your brewery on a bike or with a pair of running shoes in hand to join in your running club. Has been known to go running with brewers along beaches, on bike rides abroad, and forage mushrooms. If you've got an interesting hobby, Jethro's probably down to join in!

Dale Deakin
Not sure who to call, or new to us? You need Dale in your life!
The silky Sheffield voice at the end of the phone, Dale's every brewer's fave phone call. If you need a problem solving, Dale's your man, and he's a demon for sniffing you out a great deal on your hops and other ingredients. We lost him for 30 minutes on our most recent works do in Manchester, which is all the more impressive considering he was wearing a lemon yellow Adidas Spezial Holbeck jacket. He also owns a racing greyhound!

Jono Crute
Brewer in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland? Jono is your man!
If you've been involved in the Irish brewing scene, you'll likely know Jono from his 7 years as owner/founder of Crew Brewing Company in Limerick. He's a proper sound guy, and brings international brewing experience from his education at the Siebel Institute and time brewing in Toronto. Be warned - a night out with Jono rarely ends early, and he'll always find a new group of best friends too. Don't play him at poker either - he used to play professionally!
