Description
Thomas Fawcett & Sons Pale Chocolate Malt has a smooth coffee flavour and will give beers a brown colour - it's provides slightly more subtle coffee flavours and a lighter colour than Thomas Fawcett & Sons Chocolate Malt.
Use: As an adjunct for Bitters, Milds and Stouts at around 3% - 5% of the grist.
