Fermentis SafAle™ US-05 is a versatile American ale yeast which produces clean, crisp, and well-balanced beers with a neutral flavour profile. It forms a firm foam head and demonstrates excellent suspension during fermentation. This yeast is ideal for a wide range of American beer styles, particularly those with generous hop additions.
