Description
Named after its home state, Idaho Gem® boasts high levels of sweet, fruit-forward aromatic oils, making it ideal for late kettle additions or dry hopping across a wide range of beer styles, either on its own or in blends. Idaho Gem® offers vibrant aromas of stone fruit, red berries, citrus, mint, and even powdered sugar. There's a smooth and full flavour profile with prominent fruity sweet notes — reminiscent of Juicy Fruit sweets — balanced by bright, zesty grapefruit undertones.
