Fermentis SafBrew™ LA-01
Description
Fermentis SafBrew™ LA-01 is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. chevalieri strain specially selected for brewing low or non-alcoholic beers (<0.5% ABV). This yeast does not ferment maltose or maltotriose but ferments simple sugars such as glucose, fructose, and sucrose. It produces a delicate and refined aroma profile. With medium sedimentation, it does not form clumps but creates a fine, powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
