Fermentis SafAle™ S-04
Description
Fermentis SafAle™ S-04 is an excellent yeast choice for brewing English and American ales, and produces balanced fruity and floral notes in beer. This English ale yeast is selected for its rapid fermentation performance and strong flocculation, resulting in beers with enhanced clarity. It is well suited to a wide variety of English and American ale styles, including heavily hopped beers, and performs particularly well in both cask-conditioned brews and those fermented in cylindrical conical tanks.
