Description
Castle Malting® Château Pilsen 2RS is the palest Belgian malt, crafted from the finest two-row spring malting barley varieties. Kilned at temperatures of 80–85°C, this well-modified Pilsner malt is ideal for both single-step infusion and decoction mashing. It offers a clean, sweet malt flavour and possesses ample enzymatic strength, making it perfectly suited for use as a base malt.
Use: All beer types. Up to 100 % for pale beers like Pilsners and Lagers, or as part of the grist mix in other beer styles.
