Description
Castle Malting® Château Spelt is a pale, well-modified malt produced from a hard-grained heirloom wheat variety. It contains a higher protein content than most other wheat malts. Château Spelt imparts a sweet, nutty flavour, complemented by a subtle spicy aroma and earthy undertones. It is particularly well suited for Belgian Saison and wheat beer styles.
Use: Belgian saison, wheat beers, special beers.
