Description
Castle Malting® Château Munich Light is a Munich-style Belgian specialty malt, kilned at 100–105°C. This rich, golden malt is slightly paler than Château Munich, offering a gentle colour boost that results in a warm golden-orange hue. It imparts a distinct, grainy malty flavour to a wide range of beer styles without compromising foam stability or body. When used in smaller proportions alongside Château Pilsen 2RS, it enhances the malty character and enriches the colour of light beers. It is particularly well suited for deepening the flavour of characterful beers.
Use: Pale ale, amber, brown, strong and dark beers, bocks.
Rate: Up to 60%.
