Description
Castle Malting® Château Crystal® is a unique Belgian aromatic malt, offering a distinctive aroma and flavour, and crafted using a specialised process developed by Castle Malting®. This caramel-copper coloured malt delivers a full-bodied malt flavour and aroma, ideal for amber and dark lager beers. In comparison to other traditional coloured malts, Château Crystal® has higher diastatic power and contributes a gentler, more balanced bitterness.
Use: Aromatic and coloured beers. Perfect for any beer in which high profile malt is required, and an excellent choice for Belgian ales and German bock beer styles.
