Description
Château Cara Blond® is a Belgian caramel style malt. This malt offers a mild caramel-sweet aroma and brings a golden colour to beer. Also adds mouthfeel, head retention, and extended beer stability.
Use: Light lagers & light ales with little or no alcohol, white beers.
Rate: Up to 30%.
