Description
BarthHaas® INCOGNITO® is a true-to-type advanced flowable hop product that is simple to dose and requires no specialised equipment, making it highly efficient for maximising flavour. Incognito® is flowable at room temperature, and delivers intense hop character with minimal process loss, while also reducing storage and shipping costs.
The more hop forward and hoppier the beer the more pellets used, and more beer is lost in the process. INCOGNITO® solves this challenge as an all-natural, 100% hop-derived flavour product designed specifically for whirlpool use. It provides impactful, variety-specific flavour outcomes while improving brewhouse efficiency.
All Natural & 100% Hop-Derived - Thanks to its low viscosity, this pure varietal hop extract is ideal for late hopping in modern whirlpool systems with limited solids capacity. Compared with pellets, beer losses are significantly reduced during late hopping.
100% Hops — Zero Vegetative Material - INCOGNITO® delivers all the alpha acids and flavour compounds of hops without the vegetative matter, ensuring maximum yield and efficiency.
Variety-Specific, True-to-Type Flavour which blends perfectly - because it's derived from pure hops, INCOGNITO® blends seamlessly with pellets, whole hops, or other INCOGNITO® varieties to create complex and layered flavour profiles.
Easy to Use - flowable at ambient temperature, INCOGNITO® requires no pre-heating or special equipment. It pours easily and dissolves efficiently in hot wort, making it straightforward to incorporate into the brewing process.
Easy to Ship & Store - supplied in recyclable 2 kg plastic bottles, INCOGNITO® is more compact and cost-effective to ship and store than pellets.
Clean Workstation - INCOGNITO®'s excellent flowability and solubility make clean-up quick and easy, generating less wastewater effluent and lowering BOD and COD levels.
Application: Mix with the hot wort before pouring into the whirlpool.
Shelf life: 2 years (when stored properly).
INCOGNITO® is also available in INCOGNITO® Mosaic®.
