Description
An original 'noble' hop with a 100 year plus lineage, with a 'classic' noble hop aromas. This hop variety is distinguished by its spicy and woody aroma profile, featuring notes of myrrh, carnation, and lilac, complemented by bright hints of redcurrant and lemon. Overall offers a pleasantly gentle floral aroma with a little spice, as well as a nice clean finish, making it well suited to lagers. Also known as Hallertau, and Hallertauer.
