Description
Daughter of Cascade, developed in response to the craft beer industry’s growing demand for bold, unique flavours and first established on the Hüll farm in the Hallertau region of Germany in 2012. Hallertau Blanc is a distinctive hop variety known for its green fruit character, reminiscent of elegant white muscatel grapes, paired with bright notes of grapefruit and elderflower. These are further enhanced by subtle hints of lemongrass and cucumber, making it an excellent choice for brewers seeking to create complex and aromatic beers.
