Description
Eclipse® hops bring lovely fruit forward flavours of sweet mandarin, citrus peel, and fresh pine, as well as hints of sweet and sour fruit like kiwi and grapefruit, plus gentle basil and herb notes. Well suited to IPAs (and pared back in cold IPAs too!) as well as going in strong with NEIPAs. Created by the HPA breeding program in 2004 with High Alpha Australian and North American lineage, Eclipse® was released in 2020.
