Description
Castle Malting® Château Munich is a rich, golden Belgian specialty malt in the Munich style, kilned at 100–105°C. Château Munich adds a subtle colour boost to beers, creating a warm golden-orange hue. This malt also brings a pronounced, grainy malty flavour to a variety of beer styles without impacting foam stability or body. When used in small amounts alongside Château Pilsen 2RS, it helps produce pale beers with enhanced malty flavour and a richer colour. It is particularly effective in enhancing the taste of characterful beers.
Use: Pale ale, amber, brown, strong and dark beers, bocks.
Rate: Up to 60%.
