Description
BEST Heidelberg Wheat Malt is a particularly pale malt that highlights both the crisp freshness and the classic flavours of top-fermented wheat beer. It is crafted from premium brewing wheat varieties that show minimal colour development during malting. As a result of its raw materials, its protein content is slightly lower than that of BEST Wheat Malt.
Use: For pale wheat beers, pale top-fermented beers, pale reduced-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers.
