What's Changed?

We’ve changed our company name from Loughran Brewing Stores to Loughran Brewers Select Ltd. Our logo has been updated to match. We've got a new website, web address and email addresses – using brewersselect.com.

Why The New Name?

We’re keeping things simple. Instead of having to switch logos between different territories and locations, we can now focus on a single brand and single logo, and a single goal – delivering you the best ingredients in the world. Less time spent swapping logos and names means more time doing the really important things – making your lives easier with a better website, even better customer service, and even more top quality ingredients. We chose to use ‘Loughran Brewers Select’ as we already had a fantastic web site and brand built here from our rebrand and relaunch after our acquisition of the company in October 2022, so it made sense to share bring this to our customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland too.

Who Am I Trading With? Is This A New Company?

You’re still trading with the same company. We’ve only changed our company name. Our VAT, number, company number, director and office address all remain the same. We are not a ‘trading as’ business. You can find all our company details here, or at the bottom of each page.

Are You Merging?

No. Customers based in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will trade with Loughran Brewers Select Ltd in Dundalk. Customers based in Great Britain will trade with Loughran Brewers Select Ltd in Peterborough, England. Two separate companies, sharing a single brand and single web address, brewersselect.com.

Have Your Bank Details Changed?

No, only the company name on our account has changed. If you have our bank details saved, they’ll still work. You can confirm our company details here

Has The Company Changed Hands?

Absolutely not. We’re still proudly family owned and family run. You’ll still be working with James, Will, Fergal, Sarah, Sheila, Laurena, Caoimhe, Joanne, Conor and Graham.

Are You Moving Office/Location?

No, we’re very attached to our roots here on the family farm in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Our site now employs more people than ever before, and we’re hiring more people here too. Our Dundalk office runs our operation here in Ireland, and is also the head office and call centre for our operation in Great Britain too.

Are Your Contact Details The Same?

Our phone number and switchboard remain the same. Over time, you’ll see our emails update to use the brewersselect.com domain, but your emails to us using malt.ie addresses will still continue to come through to us.

Do I Need to Do Anything - Like Make a New Account?

No - your existing trade account with us is unchanged, so you don’t need to create a new one. To view prices and order via our web shop online you'll need to make a web shop user account - check out the process below.

What About My Credit Terms?

If you have existing credit with us, this will remain unchanged. We are still the same legal entity and company as before, just with a different name.

What About My Hop Contract?

Your hops are safe! Any hop contract with us remains valid.

What About My Data & Your Terms & Conditions?

Your data is still being held by the same company as before, in line with our Privacy Policy. We periodically review and update our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and you can find the latest version below, as well as in the footer of this site alongside our company details.

How Do I Order From Your Website?

Head to our web shop and choose your region if you haven't already. In order to view prices and place an order, create a web shop user account on the site (this is different from your existing customer account with us). A web shop user account will also save your details to make placing your order easier, and also allow you to view your web order history. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm your order, shipping method, and take payment.
