Description
BEST Heidelberger Wheat Malt is a very light-colored wheat malt designed to highlight a crisp, refreshing character and the classic flavor profile of top-fermented wheat beers. It is made from carefully selected wheat varieties that show minimal color development during malting, resulting in a particularly pale malt. Compared with standard BEST Wheat Malt, it has a slightly lower protein content due to the choice of raw materials.
This malt is well suited for pale wheat beers, light top-fermented styles, as well as pale low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers.
