Originally developed and described as a dual purpose hop, it is the unique aroma characteristics of stone fruit, in particular fresh apricots that make this a stand-out hop. Complex and intense Rakau can be dialled in to adapt to many and varied beer styles and is well suited in all applications for single hop beers.
