It was officially released in 1994.When used as an early addition Southern Cross\u2122 imparts a soft, clean bitterness with a subtle resinous character, making it ideal for smooth bittering. As a later addition, Southern Cross\u2122 truly shines, delivering bright lemon zest and fresh pine needle aromas that add vibrancy and complexity to the beer.<\/p>\n<p>This mid-season maturing hop is known for its vigorous early growth and produces long, cylindrical cones up to 5 cm in length. It also offers a good yield.
