Thanks to its mild roasting process, strong bitter notes are mostly eliminated, as shown by its particularly low pyrazine content. As a result, BEST Chocolate is well suited for creating smooth, dark to black beers with malt bill proportions of up to 10%, without imparting a harsh or bitter aftertaste. The beer\u2019s foam also retains a light appearance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use:<\/strong> For all beer styles to intensify the colour, for Schwarzbier, Bocks, Alt, Brown Ale, Porter, brown beers, Stouts, and all other dark to black beer styles with a mild roasted or coffee note.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rate:<\/strong> 10%<\/p>\n<p><strong>*This product is special order only so will be subject to additional lead times.
