Named after Pomona, the goddess of fruit trees, LalBrew Pomona offers wonderful juicy flavour profiles of peach, citrus and tropical fruits.<\/p>\n<p>After development by Escarpment Laboratories in Canada through a process called <a href=\"https:\/\/escarpmentlabs.com\/blogs\/resources\/techniques-to-develop-innovative-new-yeasts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">adaptive lab evolution<\/a>, LalBrew Pomona\u2122 went on to receive rave reviews during commercial trials.
