The intensive roasting process produces colours and \ufb02avour components that give the beer a black to deep black colour and nuances of black coffee or strong espresso depending on the amount used. BEST Black Malt eXtra does not make the foam darker either and complies fully with the speci\ufb01cations of the German Reinheitsgebot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use:<\/strong> For all beer styles to intensify the colour, for Schwarzbier, Bock, Alt, Brown Ale, Porter and all other very dark to deep black beer styles with an intensive roast note.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rate:<\/strong> Up to 5% of the grain bill.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*This product is special order only so will be subject to additional lead times.
